BARBARA RIVERAS
PRESIDENT
Barbara, a Phoenix Arizona native, brings 20+ years of management experience to the Ascent team with vast experience in the trade industry. As a veteran of managing multi-million dollar construction projects and with experience managing more than 50 employees with tiered supervision and managers as direct reports. Barbara’s strength comes from her ability to operate at a high level under pressure. An integral part of bringing together the current management core, Barbara has shown a knack for spotting and recruiting great talent in her leadership roles. Barbara’s leadership style is one of servitude, respect and loyalty for the company and all those that the company support. “The company is our home away from home that provides for us and grants us our way of life. JOEY MOSES
SERVICE MANAGER
Joey brings over 25 years of experience, both operational and field, to Ascent. He is certified in numerous pieces of advanced equipment and duct systems, including Daikin VRV systems, Mitsubishi/Trane VRV systems, all types of zoning systems and NextAire hybrid fuel systems. Joey additionally has 10+ years of service management experience, providing guidance, training and technical support to hundreds of technicians throughout the years. Joey became HVAC certified at age 17, prior to graduating high school. Joey personifies a master at his craft. He holds dozens of technical certifications including NATE, Arizona Heat Pump Council (Master Heat Pump Technician) and EPA 608 certification for refrigerants.
